December keep us warm

Our Christmas Tree is up! 

I love our Christmas Tree, the only place it will fit is in the welcoming area in the front of the house by the front door. I love it! The process of putting it together was fun because I was just snapping pictures but Marco did an amazing job. It is pre-lit, and I have decided that the only ornaments going on this tree are ones I get as gifts from the annual Ornament swap. 

Upcoming Trip to Texas  

I am so excited! The Newbabies minus Thor will be spending their first Christmas together at the Lechuga house! We will be driving thru Albuquerque, New Mexico so we can see where I was born and hopefully enjoy our family road trip. Sollie and Fefe are going to be bestfriends! Mickey and I always talk about how we would still be friends even if Marco hadn't found me because there was an instant connection. She is my favorite and these two babies will be favorites as well.  

Clark Gable <3

I currently watched The Misfits with Marilyn Monroe and Clark Gable, visiting my Grandma Luz yesterday I asked her if he was handsome in her day and her response will stay with me forever ha! It was like she turned into a teenager all over again and their love for each other was rekindled HA! Who thinks he was a stud? My Grandma Luz's wedding portrait I inherited is to the right, this is my favorite picture of her. Next must movie watch, Gone with the Wind. 

I love to see my Granny with my girls, especially Marisol whose middle name came from my Grandma. My grandma just turned 87 in November, we share the most special bond that few understand but we both don't care. She can make me cry in a heartbeat just by hearing her voice. I adore her. After seeing these cuties on my friend I had to order them on Target.com! they are so comfortable and easy to walk in. buy them here!

Sephora trip...

sigh* I couldn't help myself on my recent trip to Sephora, I spent my monthly allowance to myself on all these goodies. Makeup Brushes, Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray, Pore minimizer, Smashbox foundation and concealer. Using the Dew Me by Urban Decay has really let my foundation last longer throughout the day. Another tip I highly recommend is using a brush cleanser after every use of your brushes, keeping them clean keeps all that old makeup off your skin.
